Feedback From IOCL

he "Home Base" section of the September-October 2004 issue of CHANGE covered two training programmes organised by North Zone in Leh and Kargil for Indian Oil Corporation Limited. In appreciation of the efforts in conducting training, S.K. Bag, Deputy General Manager (Punjab State Office), IOCL, wrote a congratulatory letter to the Godrej Locks Division, addressed to Atul Tripathi, Regional Manager (North), and Radhikesh Sinha, Institutional Sales Manager (North), excerpts of which are given below.

"We are thankful to Godrej Locks Division for organising two training sessions?We are in the process of streamlining our supply system of petroleum products intended towards pilferage-free and adulteration-free supply. It is a difficult job and it cannot be implemented successfully without the proper support of partners like you. We appreciate the pains taken by you to train and enlighten our colleagues and consumers on how to make the best use of the locking system and how to ensure supply of pure and full quantity (of petroleum products) in this difficult terrain. We understand that Godrej is a quality-oriented Company, and it will carry on quality work in future too. We wish you all the best in your future endeavours and expect the kind of support in future, too?quot;

Atul Tripathi,
Locks Division, North Zone

The Editor

 recently came across copies of CHANGE: July-August 2004 and September-October 2004 issues, and was impressed by their high standard.

Some articles on health are very educative. Other articles such as "Networking Unplugged" are informative. I especially liked the article, "The Key", by Mother Teresa; it was very touching. Pieces such as "Ties That Bind" are thought-provoking. I also liked the heart-warming poems.

Keep up the good work.
