which involves physical labour should always be done on Suryaswar because
expansion of the body muscles during Suryaswar makes the movements of
different parts of the body easy.

Studies: Students may study on
Chandraswar in the morning and afternoon, and on Suryaswar at night. This
increases concentration and memory power. It is good to change the Swar four
to five times a day. But, during Suryaswar, one should not face west or
south and during Chandraswar, east or north.

Dysentery: When troubled by
dysentery, it will be found that Suryaswar is working. One will feel better
if, along with the medicines, one starts Chandraswar for 20 to 25 minutes.

Vomiting: This is the result of
indigestion. Chandraswar is found to be working at such a time. If the Swar
is changed to Suryaswar, the feeling of nausea goes away and digestion
improves.

Yawning: Feeling sleepy or
yawning at odd times is the result of excessive Suryaswar. At such a time if
Chandraswar is started, one feels fresh.

Colds and Pneumonia: When
Chandraswar works excessively, it can lead to colds and pneumonia. Along
with other remedies, if the patient is made to sleep on the left side,
breathing is easier and the cough weakens.

Eyes: Generally, people who sleep
on their left side are found to have good eyesight for a longer period of
life. If one has sore eyes, one should start Suryaswar, which will reduce
the burning and pain.

Sunstroke: If one goes out in
excessive heat with Chandraswar working, one will get a sunstroke. Due to
excessive perspiration, the body loses water and salt, and the body
temperature rises. This rising temperature causes weakness, restlessness,
blood pressure problems, headaches, etc. Due to loss of water and salt, one
may experience cramps in the legs and arms. This does not happen if one goes
out in the heat on Suryaswar.

Asthma: The symptoms of asthma
are trouble in breathing, high blood pressure, tiredness, feeling of cold, a
slight rise in body temperature, faster heartbeat, cough and body pain.
Whenever these symptoms are experienced, Chandraswar is found to be working.
If Chandraswar is stopped completely and Suryaswar is started, one feels
better within 15 to 20 minutes. Along with other medication, if the Swar is
changed 10 to 15 times during the day, asthma can be completely cured. People suffering from asthma
should always have their meals, afternoon nap and sleep on Suryaswar. They
should avoid eating oily and heavy food.

Fits: Fits are the result of
excessive working of Chandraswar. Here, the brain stops functioning and the
fits start. Along with other medication, people suffering from fits should
change their Swar 15 to 20 times a day. If this is done for three months
along with sleeping on the left side at night, fits can be cured.

Jaundice: Chandraswar is found to
be working more in patients suffering from jaundice. Along with other
medicines, the patient should have his/her meals, night sleep and afternoon
sleep on Suryaswar. He/she should also change the Swar many times in the
day.

diabetes are found to sleep on their right side most of the time and are
found to have digestive problems. They should sleep on their left (Chandraswar)
and have meals on Suryaswar. They should take light food at night and should
rest in the afternoon. If they continuously keep changing both Chandraswar
and Suryaswar during the daytime, they will feel relief.

Pimples: To get rid of pimples,
sleep on your left side and have meals on Suryaswar. People suffering from
pimples have digestive problems and usually sleep on their backs.

Always take a bath on Suryaswar.
But those whose bodies are more influenced by Suryaswar should take a bath
with cold water, and those more affected by Chandraswar should take a hot
water bath. To know exactly which Swar has more influence, look in a mirror.
You will notice that one of your two nostrils is bigger than the other.
Whichever is bigger, that side has more influence. If the right nostril is
bigger, Suryaswar has the influence and vice versa.

Changing the Swar frequently is
good for the body. It does not allow the tissues to burn out or wear out due
to excessive work and one remains youthful. This change of Swar should be
done in the daytime only.

To protect yourself from extreme
cold, keep Suryaswar working. This will give some warmth to the body.

Drink water on Chandraswar so
that even a little amount of water is able to satisfy your thirst.
